A satellite media tour (SMT) is applied technology at its best. Using
high-speed communications and satellites, Satellite Technology Systems
can record interviews, transmit them to television stations around the
country and have them aired in millions of homes within hours of taping.
Flexibility is the key to SMTs. The interviewer can be in one location
and the subject (and one of our mobile video production facilities) in
another. We tape the interview and produce the satellite feed, which
is picked up and broadcast by local and national television stations
according to a pre-established schedule.
